Lead finding  ·  live revenue loss
A live, indexed product page is serving the wrong title to every visitor from Google.
One SKU's SEO title names a completely different product than what's actually on the page. The page is indexed and ranking — every organic click lands on a product that doesn't match what the customer searched for, and there's no mechanism to recover that visit. For a moment-driven purchase like gifting, that's not a data quality note. It's a sale that already happened, and was lost, before anyone noticed.

Also surfaced

A test record from an old integration, live in production
An internal test SKU is still tagged searchable and was swept into a recent bulk update — sitting in the live catalog next to real products, and indexed.
Two products, two wrong brand names
Indexed SEO titles carrying an incorrect brand name and a transposed-letter brand typo — both actively damage brand-trust signals on pages that are ranking today.
A URL that routes to someone else's product
One canonical URL slug encodes a different product's ID entirely — any shared link or backlink using it lands a visitor on the wrong page.
Five ways buyers search — none of them structured fields
Occasion, price, color, flower type, and brand partner all live in free text only. None are filterable, and none are usable by the AI personalization layer this client's own strategy depends on.

How EKOM read it. The engine ran three passes — profiling every column for structure and fill rate, matching against a gifting-specific taxonomy to surface attributes that should exist but don't, then cross-checking each record's own fields, image data, and identifiers against each other and against sibling records. That last pass is what caught a live product quietly serving the wrong title to Google.

From diagnosis to channel-ready. This pass read and diagnosed. The same understanding powers what follows — correcting the live SEO and URL errors already costing organic clicks, removing the stray production test record, and building the structured occasion, price, color, flower-type, and brand-partner fields the client's own AI personalization strategy depends on.
